[TenTec] V 2.060b

Re-loaded V 1.375b on my Orion and all is back to normal.....beautiful 
sidetone keying with no sloppiness or artifacts as noted in V 2.060b.

Will stay with this version of firmware until Ten Tec comes up with a newer 
version that will hopefully correct the problems noted in V 2.060b.
