That makes for a uptake of roughly of 1/2 of 1 percent.
No matter how good an implimentation of a system is, with so few using the
service it isn't going to go very far.
Without the ARRL, and their fine folk doing teh hands-on running of LOTW, we
wouldn't see a LOTW.
Back to matters TenTec, it would be mighty nice to have a network aware version
of the OMNI VII style rig in contest form that could do logging, store those
logs internally, and log reporting to ones own server, LOTW & eQSL over its
built in interface - all without dragging a computer along.....
