[TenTec] DVP and Omni 6

I am attempting to set up a K1EA DVP board with my Omni 6.  I did this  about 
10 years ago and it worked, but I have forgotten the deal with the various  
grounds.  I seem to recall that you can't just bundle them all together in  the 
4 pin plug.  My old board was removed some time ago.  
 
Anyone have a better memory than mine?  Appreciate any help.
