Had an Argosy and it worked great with the Ten Tec 700 Plastic Mic that has
a preamp in it. It takes a battery or voltage from some TT rigs. I kept
one I had and use it with a Yaesu...not much for looks but sounds as good as
any mic I have used on any rig. good luck,
