I apologize in advance if that is the case.
My info here is that many retailers are seriously planning on dumping
all current XP computer inventory this month.
MS is pushing for some retailers to provide free upgrades of Vista at
time of purchase.
The Vista OS is MUCH slower than XP due to its Motherboard ram
requirements.
Retailers are concerned about angry customers bringing PCs back, and
expecting this to be an expensive night-mare.
The plan is to DUMP all current XP inventory.
Some retails intent to get rid of them AT COST.
Vista is expected to been seen on the shelves January 3oth
