Don't I wish :-)
Nope, the panel and the subpanel both lean out together. The trick is
separating the two in order to get to the nut holding the keyer pot. One might
be able to remove the side plastic cap and get some kind of thin angled wrench
on the nut holding the keyer pot and not have to disassemble the front panel at
all.
Tilting the pair of front panels doesn't help.
