I would have to say you have your best chance in dealing with the TT service dept. They are very helpful unlike the "big 3." Orion schematics are on the website. Overall, the reliability has been good. The issues are with firmware versions and that is addressed in the software. If you have any concerns, talk to them before you order and ask them to get you a radio that has been really thoroughly tested before shipping.
