Greetings all, I've purchased an Omni 6+. I will use it to drive an Ameritron AL-80B. Is it wise to use an interface buffer? The manuals for both seem to suggest one is not needed. Both send and use 12VDC low mA to ground. What about transients and spikes? The Omni is supposed to have a rock solid ouput to amp and the Ameritron has reverse voltage diodes. Thanks for any and all comments, Stephen, KG0K _______________________________________________ TenTec mailing list TenTec@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/tentec |
