[TenTec] "Talk Power" problem

Speaking of talk power...

Can someone tell me which pot to adjust to bring my Orion II up to 100 watts 
of output.  I haven't worried about it too much because I usually run my 
amp, but I want to operate low power in an upcoming contest, and it's only 
putting out about 80 watts.
