OK on the good SWR. I had a similar problem with my Century 21 tripping. I found the accessories attached to the external connectors had an influence on the current. When I reseated the connectors for the keyer and filter it would go away. Do you have anything plugged into the aux power or other ports on your rig? If so try unplugging them. I also have an Argosy 525 and matching PS, but have never had this problem with it.
