Well I have the manual somewhere, but not too readily accessible. Tell me,
do you have a FAX machine? I am thinking that I might be able to copy the
page(s) in question and FAX them from home. Or more probably someone else
will have already responded, and hopefully sent you a scan of the thing.
Either way, I will be happy to help. So if you don't have the issue
settled in a couple of days, let me know and I will take it from there.
