I think the death of the novice class sounded the end of CW only rigs.
With CW requirements going the same way a CW only rig would not seem to be
profitable to manufacture.
The only group keeping CW only radios alive nowadays is the QRP crowd.
What I would like to see Ten Tec look into is a digital mode radio.
One that works CW, RTTY, PSK31, ect. digital modes as a stand alone rig
without the need of a computer, a soundcard, or a TNC.
A display screen like the Jupiter/Orion and a keyboard.
Of course it should be able to do SSB also.
