My observation was just that, based on one data point, that may or not be statistically different from any other measurement of the same parameters, given possible unit-to-unit variation, equipment calibration errors or differences, small differences in technique, or how a reading is estimated from a meter indication that is jumping around plus or minus a couple of dB. It was intended as no more than a casual observation in any case.
