[TenTec] Orion V2.055

this release is an improvement over 2.054 for ssb.  Audio remains 
distorted when listening with the monitor but on a separate receiver and 
on the air tests confirm the audio quality and punch have returned.  HC4 
element requires mic gain of 30 and sp of 3-4.  Appears we are making 
progress slowly.  Now keeping fingers crossed that nothing on cw was 
degraded with 2.055.  73 bob de w9ge
