While Cramolin is very good, I caution, excessive amounts turn corrosive.  I 
prefer to apply to a Q-Tip and wipe on and then wipe off.  The "5" 
represents the percentage of Cramolin to dispersant.  Thus a 5% solution.

Actually Cramolin is a discontinued product.  There are replacements sold by 
CAIG Labs.  Here's a link that may help.

I understand that Pro Gold  or DeoxIT from Caig Labs works equally well and 
it is environmentally safe.
