For the 100 watt ham station, the project knife switches from Home Depot are perfectly adequate. In fact they are probably good for a kilowatt if you mount them on insulating fiberglass or phenolic board. After all, you will not be making and breaking contacts with power applied! (I hope!) I have a small double pole double throw knife switch that was my first antenna changeover switch with separate transmitter and receiver. It is going on 48 years old without ever arcing over.
