Greetings all,
An update on the for sale stuff from this QTH. Please add shipping to all
prices.
Scout 555: manual, noise blanker, 80, 40, 20, 15, 10M modules, hand mic, 937
PS and DC power cord. Both rig and PS are nice clean units with only a few
minor scratches, and unless I've missed something, are fully operational.
Package $375 or might consider swap for a nice non-smoker Delta II.
960 PS to match Corsair II/Paragon etc,: some minor nicks and scratches,
otherwise very nice and works like it is supposed to $110.
252 MO PS to match older Omnis: has a few minor electrical mods (should be
easily reverseable if desired); cosmetically fairly nice overall with the
exception of two small (~1/8") holes drilled in the right side plastic panel
near the back edge. Puts out nice even 13.8V. Like many of the 252s, does not
have the crowbar board installed. $50.
252 PS: rectifier, current sense resistor, and possibly other components
appear to have been replaced in a repair, the RCA jacks on back panel have
been replaced with banana jacks/binding posts, missing plastic Ten-Tec logo
on front panel. Some scratches and nicks but no major damage. Will be
primarily of interest to collectors as this looks to be a very early
production unit -- it is the woodgrain/eggshell case color combination (to
match the Triton II?) and has the six pin Jones plug DC connector instead of
the four pin Molex connector used on later units. No crowbar board but
includes original paperwork. $25.
Not Ten-Tec but related -- older production Heil HM10-5 microphone (has the
PTT switch that sticks out as opposed to the current version recessed one)
with CC-1 (?) cable wired for TT 1/4" phone plug (should be easy to change to
4 pin). Some minor "battle scars" but overall very decent condition. Gets
great audio reports. $50.
If you want any further info pease feel free to email questions.
TNX/73, Al
