If I were Ten-Tec, I'd make a blacklist of the people on this reflector who
will obviously never be happy with anything and I'd not sell them a radio at
any price. It's pretty easy to tell those who have poison in their hearts.

Subject: [TenTec] TenTec 30 day return policy
Come on, Guys.
Ten Tec looses at least $300 of bottom line profit each time an Orion is
returned under the 30 day return policy. The unit has to be retested, and
then it is sold at a lower price as demo equipment.
Now, would you want to risk another $300 on an individual who has used this
policy to return an Orion once, and now wants to purchase another one, or
even an Orion 2? I think TenTec is only being smart in how they are doing
business to refuse to sell to that individual a second time.
And, joking about using the color of the TenTec dot as a reason to return a
radio, is just plain stupid. Not worth the bandwidth or the read....
This is an incredible offer that has been extended to us, and we need to use
it wisely. Let's not kill the goose that lays the golden eggs!
