Yep. A number of years ago, when Heathkit was going
strong, a kit under review was determined to have a
serious flaw. (I don't remember which product, but
maybe someone else will.)
Heath flew two engineers to Newington to check out and
fix the problem, at least in the test unit. However,
when the review was published, QST told the whole
story.
