Much easier way with Orion. Use Audio=bin rx=on and use stereo cans.
When the cw signal is heard in the middle of your head you are zero
beat. Make sure you have the sidetone set to the frequency you like to
listen to, I use 400 Hz. Works equally well with main and sub rx. Very
fast and accurate in cw contests and no action is needed by the operater
except to turn bin rx on before you start.
