I got my Orion back after nine days! Yes, it was under warranty, and it was
a fairly simple and obvious problem (blown audio amp), but nine days
including two days shipping each way plus a weekend is pretty good service.

I had to send my Jupiter in for service as smoke was coming out of the unit.

Probably the tuning circuit. The turn around time is about 4 weeks. I know
TenTec has great serviced but 4 weeks seems a bit long.
