Grant, I tried the NR with the computer off and have the same issue. About 3/4 of the time, NR will turn on and off as expected. The rest of the time, the display will change but the state of the circuit has not changed. It takes a second push of the button. It's not a major issue, just an irritant some of the time. Besides, I use HRD to do such things or install 1.371. Overall, I love the rig since it is so much better than anything I've ever owned or could afford today.
