[TenTec] SteppIr yagi interfaced with Omni 6+

Has anyone successfully interfaced a SteppIR yagi with an Omni 6+? What
SteppIr interface cable did you use? The SteppIR sales rep with whom I spoke
recommended an ICOM cable, but could not assure me it would work with the
6+, adding only that it was reported to have worked with 'an Omni' [not
clear which one].
