Try unplugging the TV's.  Many of them have power supplies that are
noisy, and you need the PS on to keep the remote control circuitry
alive...  I returned a Zenith several years ago that had LOUD carriers at
several points in the ham bands.  Took me a while to find out where they
were coming from!
