[TenTec] Orion amp line delay/advance

Just what is the amount of delay (or is it more accurately "advance") on  the 
Orion amp keying line?  
 
Is the factory default safe?  
 
I can't find a place to change it unless the keying loop is enabled and I  
don't have an amp with such a loop.
