[TenTec] Orion Pod F1 & F3

I am using version 1.369 Orion software.  (Don't want to change
versions until after this weekend's contest!)  On my Pod, F3 does
whatever F1 is set to do on the menu.  That is, whatever I set
F3 to is ignored, and pressing F3 gives the same result as when
I press F1.  F2 acts normally.

Is this a problem with the software or the pod?  Until now,
I've only used the pod to tune with.
