[TenTec] Centurion problem

My Centurion suddenly not working.
Here's what I know. The meters and status lights come on.
The fan is on. There is 240vac at the plug and no fuses are blown.
No filaments. No HV.
It did not pop or smoke. I found no discoloration anywhere in the amp.
My belief is that I opened or shorted the Q1 on the AC board, or ?

Only those familiar with the Centurion please reply.
