[TenTec] Help on Scout PTO problem

Hi,

I have a Scout that has some backlash and stiffness on the PTO.  I heard that 
there is a way to fix this by cleaning the PTO mechanism, but I need some more 
information about 'how-to.'  Can anyone tell me how to disassemble the radio 
and clean it?  I'd like to make it ready for the FD.
