[TenTec] known issue?

Was there a list of known Orion issues online?  I can't seem to find it.

I have found the BinRX feature to be fairly fragile.  The left side of the
stereo headphone audio sometimes becomes greatly attenuated which ruins the
pan effect.  Performing a master reset cures the problem for a while.  Is
this one of the known issues?

I still love my Orion but will be happy when some of these bugs are tracked
down and killed!
