I think what we are looking at is what W8KC has been doing.
Streaming the output of his radio over the web using either the
windows media encoder or as a new idea, using the direct pc to pc
mode of echolink. This mode allows a pc user to connect to another pc
user via the web and not through a repeater. I'll try to find out more.
