[TenTec] Model 1253 Regen

I saw a note someplace from an individual who said they were unable to get 
enough regen control on the higher two bands to reach the oscillating point.  
Mine will oscillate at some points throughout the tuning range, but not 
entirely 
across each band (17/16 and 15/13 meters).  Adjusting R6 just didn't do the 
trick.

Any comments?  What have you noticed?  Any better with L10 removed?
