Yes it has some value beyond it's original cost, which, in 1944, was quite
inexpensive for that time in history. Look up similar items on e-bay and
see what they are selling for...

My son found a Vibroplex bug #137394 which seems to be made of either chrome
or stainless steel. It appears to be in good condition. I looked up the
number and found it was manufactured somewhere around 1944. Does anyone
know if this is worth any money?
