Does anyone know where to go to find a replacement for the bandswitch on a
Corsair II.
I was told at Ten Tec that they no longer supply the bandswitch.
Mine has a little play in it and I was told it was caused by wear.
The switch snaps right into band but I can wiggle the switch.
I found the play to be in the part of the unit against the faceplate and not
in the wafers.
I also checked set screws. They are fine.
It seems like this is normal play but Ten Tec says it is wear.
We may not have been communicating very well land line and all.
The boys at Ten Tec say I should have a standby.
They told me it is no big deal to find one.
Yea, right!!!
Can anybody with a Corsair II tell me what there experiences have been with
this problem.
