Hi Bob, yes, a modern Windom (parallel line fed or coax with isolator) can work as an antenna, but it is never going to balance with unequal legs, so I suspect some minute RF at least leaks back onto the outside of the coax shield, especially where the shield (feed coax) length gets to critical quarter wave lengths, etc. 73, Stuart K5KVH |
