After clearing up a mix up with my credit card company, my new Orion should
be here in the next day or two. I'd like to hook up a simple antenna
splitter so I can feed the same signal to both the Orion and another radio
for A/B comparisons. I know I could use an A/B switch, which I have, but
that requires switching so the two wouldn't be hearing at exactly the same
time. If I could use an antenna splitter, I could feed the same signal to
both and record the audio on separate channels of a stereo recorder. That
way, when a QSB or QRM happened you could replay the recording and see how
each radio performed.
I'm interested in comparing the Orion with the RX340 and with the Omni VI
(opt 3).
