I'm not familiar with the "PSK meter" or why it needs
to have the AGC turned off. Does the meter
documentation explain why they need AGC to be off?
However you are correct that the AGC cannot be turned
off in the Pegasus (or any of the other Ten Tec DSP IF
radios). This is because the majority of the AGC
action of these radios is integral with the DSP IF
processing.
