Or if in case this is not while in the CW mode there
is a variable cap (C21) on the 80544 "timebase/Preamp"
board. This is the board that is board directly above
the digital display board. C21 should be immediately
visible once you take the top cover off of the radio.
In fact ts the only component on the that side of the
80544 board. The crystal is a 5.2428880 MHz, but you
should be able to tune 10MHZ WWV and then adjust C21
to make the display read 10.0000.
