Actually, W1RFI does a really good job of getting the best commercial test
equipment the League can afford.   They always could use more good ones, but
they have standard commercial well known name brands for the standardized
tests.

I believe there was a piece on the web or in QST touring the lab, and
speaking of what their equipment is.  Check ARRL.org web site Technical Info
