Tom, Oh no, not again! You need to check for connectors behind the front
panel that may be partially off. Check all your connectors by lifting them
and resetting them. If it is a faulty molex connection, then rectifying it
will see the xcvr come to life. If it is a faulty component, nothing will
change from your present situation. You might use a non-conductive probe to
find whether there may be an intermittant caused by a cold solder joint or a
lifted trace. If you are not comfortable doing this than one of your
comrades in the club may be more adept at radio triage. GL
