While I liked the standard T-T 2.4 KHz & 500 Hz filters, I can't say the same
about the 250 Hz and 1.8 KHz. I had both in my Corsair II but ended up using
them almost never. Both were very, very narrow and seemed to have a fair
amount of loss. The 1.8 filter degraded speech intelligibility. Instead, for
something a bit tighter than "stock" I'd look at the INRAD 2.1 KHz and 350 or
400 Hz filters.
And, yes, the Corsair II is a magnificent CW radio. Sold it only after power
line problems in the neighborhood gave me a multi-year, S9+30 line noise
problem, but that's a story for another day.
