Ken,  N9 V V,  has reported that he did it with success
only after he "unchecked" the box which reads "Stop
on Error".  I didn't do that,  but did take three tries 
before getting the 1.342 to load.  I was running XP
Home also,  so tried downloading the Flash Update
Utility;  when I did,  I found it was exactly the same
as the 1.342.ruf file,  but that is the one that installed.
