I can't tell you about the lamps but the info from the filter instruction
sheet is:

"Note the 3 pin connector beside the filter slot and the "jumper" 2 pin plug
installed. Pin one is closest to the filter. For models 216, 217, or 219 -
Jumper pins 1 and 2 to set the proper IF Gain. For models 218 or 220 -
Jumper pins 2 and 3 to set the proper IF Gain."

This is for an Omni V, VI or VI+. Hope this helps.
