[TenTec] SCOUT packaging for the field

I am doing OK.   Got offered a buyout by the University to retire, but I
don't have to take it as my funding is from independent sources, not state
funds.  But, was in the age (61) and staff level that is targeted to save
them money.   Was not as generous as some of the merger early out incentives
my relative got over in Houston, so I am not excited to take one that is a
fully taxed offering.

Guess I ought to go into politics, that is about the only well paying jobs
left! Hi!
