In addition to the suggestion to use a low value of processing to brighten the
audio, remember that you can also adjust the low frequency rolloff of SSB audio
in the SSB menu. If you find the Studio One a little bassy even at an EQ
setting of -20db, try raising the LF cutoff value to balance the overall
response to your voice.
A mic gain setting of 75 with the Studio One seems a bit high, unless you're
sitting quite a ways from the mic. I get good ALC action with the gain set at
the default of 50. At 75, I'd worry some about excessive background noise.
