Thanks everyone for continued good suggestions. I called TT from work today. 
Paul said to check to make sure diodes D9 and D10 are not shorted and then 
check voltage on the connectors in the upper left. I  will also check traces 
underneath and generally for any loose connections. If that doesn't work he 
says they would need the whole rig sent - not just the PBT board. Rats - they 
are looking at my Corsair now - so I may be without a rig if I can't fix it. I 
could go through withdrawal!! I'll check tonite when I get home and cross my 
fingers.
