I had a Pegasus for around a week and sent it back for other reasons than
your problem, BUT , it worked just fine using WINDOZ 98 and I have found the
same thing for all my ham software.
USE WINDOSE 98 !
You can probably get it from DELL but my Dell ME had 98 on the same CD and
they talked me through on how to install in.
XP is GREAT for the internet junkies ;-)
