[TenTec] omni 6+ rs-232 chip failure???

I lost my RS-232 chip shortly after buying my 6+. Give Ten Tec a 
call, they had me test the chip before I sent it out with a little 
loop back test. I can't remember the process at the moment but it did 
point out the problem..
