Okay guys, enough. If you're disappointed enough to seek another
reflector, then please do so.
If you look closely at the complaints, and compare that to the number of
subscribers, you'll see that there is a very large number who haven't
jumped in on this issue, either because 1) they're not concerned about
having to look at where they're replying TO, or 2) they think it's fine the
way it is. Realize that for the other seven lists (most non-ham) all
reply-to the LIST, since that's where the mailing ACTUALLY COMES FROM. If
you're concerned that you'll accidentally send something to the list,
rather than the sender, treat it with the same discretion you would on the
AIR... make it suitable for everyone, or take extra care to keep it private.
If you're not appreciative of the list administration, try starting and
administering your own list, and getting hammered by everyone's opinions.
It's not much fun, and it's clearly a thankless job. Frankly, considering
the relentlessness of your public off-topic postings, I'm suprised that the
list administrator hasn't blocked you for simply wasting bandwidth and as a
result, degrading the reflector.
