There's a big difference.

Herb Johnson at Atlas deposited the purchaser's cash into his bank account at 
the point of order.  Conversely, Ten Tec, is holding
on to your payment *information*; they are not effectuating an electronic funds 
transfer until the date of actual shipment.  Neither
the purchaser's money nor title to the equipment changes hands until then.  
Someone keep me honest here if I have my facts
incorrect.  Thanks.
