[TenTec] dealer networks: AES NO value added

In defence of AES, I dealt with their Orlando store extensively during my
20-year sojourn in Florida. Grant K4IQW, the manager, always looked after
me - I cannot praise him sufficiently.

On at least three occasions, Grant exchanged new, but defective radios for
me. He arranged for on-site repair of a fourth radio while I waited. I would
definitely do business with AES again.
